Founder of Psych Collective, Chelsea is a faith-integrated therapist who brings deep compassion, clinical insight, and lived experience to her work. She specializes in helping adults in their 20s to 40s navigate life’s meaningful transitions—graduating from college, stepping into marriage, becoming a parent, or rediscovering who they are after a season of change. Chelsea supports clients through grief, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and emotional resilience. With a calm, grounded presence and a heart for connection, she walks alongside you as you deepen your relationship with yourself and others—creating space for healing, growth, and lasting transformation.

Allison Fishler, LMSW

Allison is a Licensed Master Social Worker who is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for teens, young adults, and families. With a gentle, empathetic approach, she walks alongside clients as they navigate anxiety, identity, life transitions, and relational challenges.

Rooted in trauma-informed care and attachment theory, Allison integrates evidence-based modalities such as CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build insight, develop emotional regulation skills, and reconnect with their sense of self. She is deeply committed to meeting each person with compassion and curiosity, honoring their unique story and strengths.

Andrea is a compassionate and grounded counseling intern dedicated to helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. Drawing on a relational, curiosity-led approach, she creates a safe space where individuals can explore challenges, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their core values. Whether navigating anxiety, life transitions, or relationship struggles, Andrea blends empathy with evidence-based tools to help clients move toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful connection.

Kelly Kenney, LPC

Kelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, honesty, and support. She works with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, life transitions, and pregnancy/postpartum challenges.

Her approach is warm, person-centered, and tailored to your unique needs. She integrates evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and IFS, while also offering a faith-based approach when desired. Her goal is to help you better understand yourself, build healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

She believes therapy is a collaborative process, and strives to create a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered in your growth and healing.
