What is the intake process like at Psych Collective?Prior to your initial session, Psych Collective will send you paperwork to fill out via the patient portal. This paperwork will include a questionnaire providing us with general information about you prior to meeting with you. It will also include forms for demographics, payment, informed consent, practice policies, and release of information. Please take the time to carefully read and complete the forms before your scheduled appointment. This will help ensure that your session runs smoothly and that we can quickly get to work on addressing your mental health needs. We strive to make the intake process as smooth and comfortable as possible for all of our clients. The initial intake session typically lasts around 60 minutes and involves a comprehensive assessment of your mental health history, symptoms, and current needs. During this session, you will have the opportunity to share any concerns or goals you have for your mental health treatment, as well as ask any questions you may have about our services or approach. If you are interested in scheduling an intake appointment or have any additional questions about our intake process, please don't hesitate to contact us. We look forward to supporting you on your journey towards improved mental health and wellbeing.
