I am dedicated to ongoing training and professional development to ensure that I stay up-to-date with the latest therapies and techniques. I have invested in ongoing education and  become highly trained in Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention, and am passionate about providing exceptional care to my clients. 

Education

I graduated from Boise State University with my Master's degree in Social Work, and have since dedicated my career to providing top-quality services to those seeking help.

Allison Fishler, LMSW

Accreditations

I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, anger management, personality disorders, neurodivergence, and substance abuse challenges. I employ evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. I am committed to continuing my education to enhance my skills and stay current in the field.

Education

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Utah in 2022. Since then, I have focused on delivering personalized and effective support tailored to those in need.
